Was wir dabei tun müssen:

A. report on our past activity. How much evaluation can be done in the time available is debatable.
B. critically but positively evaluate our human, administrative and financial resources.
C. share where we anticipate the institutional church is going and make a list of activities the We Are

Church movement should engage in (Hopes and Dreams)
D. find the Coordinating Team for 2015-2016.
E. decide what is going to be carried out within countries and what will be done internationally with

the financial and human resources available.

F. Celebrate spiritually and socially to give us strength for the journey.
